Theatrikos Theatre Company Executive Director

Theatrikos Theatre Company seeks an energetic and creative Executive Director. Lead this 40-year-old organization in a dynamic and exciting work environment and help to implement its strategic plan. Must possess a demonstrated aptitude for fundraising, be a strong administrator and a clear communicator. The successful applicant will have competency in the management of staff, volunteers, and a budget. We desire a person with a passion for the arts who can share that passion with our volunteers, patrons, and donors. Previous experience leading a non-profit organization is a plus. Salary is in the low to mid 30s—with encouragement for a strong fundraiser to increase that amount.
